Rajiv G. has a long and varied work history. Rajiv began their career in 1991 as a Programmer Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked on program translators, including Schlumberger (PL/1 to C), NEC (Assembly to Assembly), Internal program translator & optimization tools for COBOL. In 1993, they moved to MASTECH as a Programming Analyst. In 1994, they joined American Management Systems as a Senior Principal, Development Manager & Architect eVA (eProcurement). Rajiv then became a Principal, Design & Development Lead - Contract Management NYC FMS2, and was the Lead Business Analyst for the Procurement team. In 2004, they joined CGI as Vice President Consulting, Advantage ERP Product Engineering, where they headed a global cross-functional team of over 500 members. In 2022, they became the Chief Transformation Officer at Macro Solutions.

Rajiv G. has a Master of Engineering in Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute'\u200b, which they obtained between 1986 and 1991. Rajiv also holds a number of certifications, including a PMP from the Project Management Institute, Leading SAFe from Scaled Agile, Inc., and a SAFe DevOps Practitioner from Scaled Agile, Inc., obtained in 2006, 2018, and 2018, respectively. Most recently, Rajiv G. has been enrolled in the Wharton Executive Education Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Program since 2021, and has obtained certifications in Product Management and Strategy, Chief Technology Officer Program, and Executive Presence and Influence: Persuasive Leadership Development.
