Pawel Kudzia

Pawel Kudzia has a diverse work experience in the IT field. Pawel started their career in 2003 as a Network Administrator at the Pomerania District Department of Medicine, where they were responsible for installing and maintaining a Linux firewall-router and implementing web-based database systems. In 2004, they worked as an IT Support Specialist at EcoWin sp. z o.o. In 2005, they joined Reuters as an Operations Engineer, where they maintained network and servers and introduced proper monitoring systems. From 2008 onwards, Pawel worked at Macrobond Financial, initially as a System Administrator and Backend Architect, where they built the company's IT infrastructure and developed a backend for an economic and financial time-series database system. Pawel then became the Head of IT-Ops and Backend Development, overseeing the IT infrastructure and user base, fixing bugs, and adding more features. In their most recent role as Head of Backend R&D and IT-Security, they focused on ensuring the security of Macrobond's infrastructure and developing internal tools to support content and business teams. Throughout their career, Pawel has also worked as a Freelance System Administrator and Backend Architect.

Pawel Kudzia obtained their MSc in computer science with a specialization in computer networks from Gdańsk University of Technology. Pawel studied at the university from 1999 to 2004.
