Shannon Schreiner has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Shannon started as a Resolution Group Associate at TeleTech in 2000 and remained in that role until 2003. Shannon then moved on to Saturn Corporation, where they worked as a Network Manager from 2004 to 2007. In 2010, Schreiner joined the National Endowment for Democracy, initially as an IT Systems Senior Manager responsible for managing IT infrastructure and support personnel. From 2019 to 2023, they served as the Technical Director, overseeing the Knowledge Management and Information Technology Services Department.
