Eric Kardoes

Eric Kardoes currently serves as the Director of IT & Security at MacroHealth, leading strategic and operational activities to safeguard system integrity and data confidentiality. Prior experience includes roles as IT Transition Consultant and Director of IT at Notch Therapeutics, where Eric directed IT activities supporting the development of cell therapies. Eric has held director-level positions at Technical Safety BC and Arbutus Biopharma Corporation, focusing on restructuring IT operations during the Covid Pandemic and leading IT strategy as Canadian operations were closed, respectively. Earlier experience includes serving as Global IT Manager at Absolute Software and IT Manager at Layfield Group Limited, as well as owning Informatec Network Services. Eric holds an MBA in Leadership and Innovation from Edinburgh Napier University and possesses numerous IT certifications, including CISSP, MCSE, and others.
