Terence Coughlin

Terence Coughlin has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and positions. Terence currently holds the role of Director of Strategic Partnerships at MacroHealth, starting in September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at MVP Health Care from 2009 to 2021, where they held various roles including Senior Leader, Business Development and Innovation, Client Engagement Manager, Program Manager, Network Transformation, and Program Manager, Acquisition Strategy & Technology.

Before their tenure at MVP Health Care, Terence co-owned Thea Coughlin Photography, LLC with their wife from 2007 to 2019. In this role, they focused on marketing, technology, and overall business development. Additionally, they held the position of Senior Client Account Manager and Consultant at Treo Solutions from 2001 to 2008, where they directed customer service, training, and project activities for hospital and healthcare clients.

Terence's early career was at NYSDOT, where they worked from 1992 to 2000 in various project management roles. Notably, they served as a Project Manager overseeing the Department's intranet and public websites as well as managing the Year 2000 project.

Terence Coughlin completed their education in Industrial Engineering at the University at Buffalo. Terence obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Industrial Engineering from 1987 to 1991. Following this, they pursued a Masters in Engineering in Industrial Engineering from 1991 to 1992, also at the University at Buffalo.

In addition to their formal education, Terence Coughlin has obtained certifications in "Holding Your Team Accountable" and "Managing Experts" from LinkedIn. Terence received these certifications in March 2020.
