Roma Shah

Roma Shah is a seasoned Program Manager currently serving in the Office of the CEO at Macrometa since January 2022. Previously, Roma held the title of Lead of Professional Services Operations at Onica, where significant accomplishments included expanding the operations team and automating key processes to enhance efficiency. Prior experience includes roles at the International City/County Management Association, Washington Occupational Health Associates, and various positions during academic tenure at George Washington University, showcasing a diverse skill set in project management, operations, and stakeholder engagement. Roma holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University and has studied at King’s College London.
