Jeffrey Santoro

Jeffrey Santoro is currently the Executive Vice President at MACRO. Prior to this, they were a Product Manager at GEICO from January 2009 to September 2012. In this role, they evaluated business elements, ensured compliance with State regulations, and determined the best mix of underwriting criteria for several Northeast and Midwest states. Jeffrey was also responsible for implementing a new pricing and underwriting structures to improve growth and profitability through improved risk segmentation. Jeffrey enhanced each proposal to account for state-specific opportunities and regulations. Jeffrey also spearheaded a process that identifies unprofitable segments of business due to poor price-to-risk matching and prevents real-time policy sales.

They work with Benay Josselson - Executive Vice President, Andreas Chizzali - Executive Vice President, and Emily Glatt - Senior Director. Timothy Carey - Associate Director, Ryan Walsh - Director, and Arthur Benoit - Senior Project Manager report to Jeffrey Santoro. Their manager is Michael Glatt, Vice Chairman, North American Head of Project Management.
