Michael Rhoades

Michael Rhoades is currently the Manager of Data Centers and Service Centers at MacStadium. Michael has been with the company for 4 years and 4 months, starting as a Customer Support Technician and working their way up to their current position. Prior to joining MacStadium, Michael was self-employed as an IT Consultant for 6 years. Michael has also worked as a Graduate Research/Lab Assistant at Georgia State University for 4 years.

Michael is responsible for managing server architecture and streamlining the data center process to improve efficiency. Michael also compiles business reports from gathered information and prepares presentations. In addition, they train new CSTs to the team, ensuring they are experienced and knowledgeable with standard server technology. Michael also performs regular maintenance on the servers to ensure issues are resolved quickly and never interfere with regular operations.

Some of their notable achievements at MacStadium include working directly with management and engineering to ensure order delivery for top customers, coordinating server build-out, configuration, and installation of Mac Pro, mini, and HPE Blades, and traveling cross-country to assist with infrastructure rack build-out.

Before becoming a manager, Michael was responsible for resolving customer technical issues and questions via phone, LiveChat, and support ticket system. Michael also performed hands-on troubleshooting of enterprise servers in conjunction with engineering team. Lastly, they managed organization and cleanliness of the data center laboratory.

Michael’s experience and skills make him an asset to any organization. Michael is a proven leader with a strong work ethic and a commitment to excellence.

Michael Rhoades holds a Bachelor of Arts from The University of Georgia and a Master of Arts from Georgia State University, both in Telecommunication and Communication respectively. Michael also has a Python 3 Tutorial from SoloLearn.
