Christy Hobgood

Christy Hobgood is a seasoned professional in the behavioral health and counseling field with diverse experience spanning over a decade. Currently serving as the Behavioral Health Program Grant Manager at MACT Health Board, Inc. since June 2021, Christy is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and holds a CADC III certification in California. Previous roles include positions such as Pastoral Counselor at Gravity Church and Rehabilitation Specialist for Amador County. Christy has extensive experience in substance abuse counseling, working in settings such as WestCare Foundation and HealthRIGHT 360 to provide therapeutic support for inmates. Educational credentials include a Doctorate level Certificate in Pastoral Counseling from Liberty University, a Master of Social Work from Stanislaus State, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Liberty University, among others.
