Judith Nnaodi

Judith Nnaodi is currently an Information Technology Intern at Digital Witch Support Community since May 2024. Prior to this role, Judith has been with MacTay as a Customer Service Representative for MTN Momo PSB since January 2022, where responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, analyzing product malfunctions, and providing follow-up support. Judith also serves as an Inbound Customer Service Representative for MoMo from MTN since July 2023. Previous positions include Customer Service Team Lead and Outbound Telemarketer at MTN Nigeria, as well as a Distributor Sales Specialist at Avila Naturalle. Judith has experience as Front Desk Staff at LHS Schools during National Youth Service. Judith pursued education in Salesforce Administration through Trailhead by Salesforce and holds a Bachelor of Education in Nursery and Primary Education from Ekiti State University.
