Britney Gerrald

Britney Gerrald started their work experience in 2009 as an Operations Project Manager at Seattle Sun Tan. In this role, they coached teams on the implementation of Agile Scrum and facilitated sprint planning with product owners and scrum teams. Britney then joined Ford Motor Company in 2019 as a Project Operations Administrator. Their responsibilities included engaging with department heads to increase the effectiveness of Scrum and coaching team members on Agile principles and methodology. Currently, Britney is working as a Project Manager at Mactores, starting in September 2021. In this role, they facilitate the creation of project charters, identifies risks, and develops and updates project plans.

Britney Gerrald attended Green River College from 2016 to 2018, where they obtained an Associate of Science degree. The field of study is not specified. In October 2022, they obtained the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services.
