Tesa Sansbury

Tesa Sansbury's work experience includes serving as the Vice President, CPO, and BCBA at MACTOWN, Inc. starting in 2018. Prior to that, they were the Chief Executive Officer of Sansbury Consulting Inc. from 2008 to 2021, where they provided specialized consulting for agencies serving individuals with disabilities in the South Florida area. Tesa also worked as a Senior Behavior Analyst at the Florida Agency for Persons with Disabilities from 2013 to 2018.

Tesa Sansbury pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science in Special Education from the University of Central Florida, which they completed from 1997 to 2008. Following this, they attended the University of Houston-Clear Lake from 2005 to 2008, where they earned a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis. In 2009, Tesa Sansbury obtained additional certifications, namely, becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Special Education Teacher through the Behavior Analysis Certification Board.
