Alyson Carolla

Alyson Carolla is a Senior Director of Location Initiatives and Merchandise Execution for the East Region at Macy's, where they collaborate across the organization to enhance visual and merchandise standards and team performance. With a career spanning multiple roles within Federated Department Stores and Macy's, Alyson has demonstrated expertise in merchandising strategy, visual merchandising, and capital projects that improve customer experience. Alyson has consistently achieved top performance across regions, receiving notable recognitions such as the District Executive of the Year and being awarded the FDS Visual Manager of the Year multiple times. Currently, Alyson is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Interior Design and Housing at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, along with certifications in Strategic Leadership and Agile Leadership.
