Aubrey Scott, MBA, possesses extensive experience in labor relations and human resources, having held various leadership positions across multiple companies. Currently serving as the Director of Labor Strategy and Negotiations at Macy’s Inc. since 2018, Aubrey manages collective bargaining agreements and negotiates contracts to align business goals with contractual obligations. Previous roles include Western Region Labor Relations Manager at Supervalu, Inc., and Labor Relations Manager at United Technologies Corporation. Earlier career highlights involve significant human resources responsibilities at Triumph Group, Inc. and General Motors, where Aubrey led labor contract negotiations, talent acquisition, and other key HR functions.
