Jason Craig is a seasoned technology leader with extensive expertise in digital transformation and guest experience across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product and Common Services at Macy's since April 2024, Jason previously held pivotal roles such as Executive Director of Guest Experience and Digital at RaceTrac and Director of Mobile Applications at InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®).
