Katherine McCown

Katherine McCown is currently the Senior Director of Assortment Strategy for Center Core and Beauty at Macy's, a position they have held since 2020. They have extensive experience in inventory and merchandise planning, having served in various capacities at Macy's, including Inventory Planning Director and Assortment Planning Director for Beauty. Prior to their tenure at Macy's, Katherine worked as an Inventory Control Analyst at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt and as an Associate Demand Planner at Staples. They earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Operations Management from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst in 2010.
