Raymond Polcino

Raymond Polcino has extensive experience in facilities management and construction, with a history of roles at reputable companies in the retail sector. At Macy's from 2005 to 2009, Raymond held positions including Regional Manager of Planning and Construction, District Facilities Manager, and Regional Manager of Facilities, overseeing nearly thirty locations totaling under 8 million square feet, managing mechanical and HVAC equipment, the energy budget, and a national truck fleet of 370 units. Currently serving as Director of Vertical Transportation at Macy's Inc. since December 2016, Raymond has previously worked as Project Manager for Construction and Maintenance at Hecht's, as well as Regional Manager in Store Planning and Planning and Construction for May Department Stores and its subsidiaries from 1994 to 2005.
