Artem Z. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and delivery management across various industries. Currently serving as Co-Founder & Chief Delivery Officer at Mad Crusader since September 2022, Artem focuses on developing original entertainment IPs with international scaling potential. Previously, as Senior Director of Engineering at Lyte from July 2021 to July 2024, Artem successfully tripled annual product releases and built a high-performing team of 38 engineers. Prior roles include Head of Delivery Platform at EPAM Systems, where Artem led a team responsible for testing and supporting delivery platform apps, and Head of R&D/Head of Product at Tencoins, focusing on blockchain solutions. Additionally, Artem has experience in various leadership roles at Verv and Wargaming, enhancing product and delivery processes while ensuring alignment with industry standards. Artem holds a Master’s degree from Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics.
