Monica Overman

Monica Overman is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the retail and merchandising sectors. Currently serving as the Vice President of Sales for Walmart at Mad Engine Global, LLC., Monica previously excelled as the National Account Manager for Target at Naterra International, where management of the largest customer account led to significant revenue growth. At Michaels Stores, Monica held multiple Category Director positions, overseeing merchandising strategies resulting in substantial sales volumes across various departments totaling $550 million. Additional experience includes leadership roles at New Balance, Dots, Five Below, and Walmart, where Monica managed multi-million-dollar categories and developed effective product and merchandising strategies. Monica holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Missouri State University.
