Deborah Rudzik

Deborah Rudzik currently serves as Vice President and Head of Sales for the Walmart Team at Unilever, a position held since 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Vice President and Head of Retail Sales at Beyond Meat and leading the Walmart Customer Team at L’Oreal Paris. Deborah has also held leadership positions in sales at Pepperidge Farm, Hasbro, Abbott Laboratories, and PepsiCo, demonstrating significant expertise in Walmart sales and customer strategic marketing. Deborah earned an Executive MBA in Business from the University of North Texas.
