Gokul BSM is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Corporate Head HR Shared Services at MAD Hospitality since September 2021, where responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to enhance HR support and driving continuous improvement through metric analysis. Prior roles include leading HR Shared Services across the MENA region as a Group Human Resources Specialist, and various positions in human resources management across different organizations, including Energy Engineering, Lemon Tree Hotels, Flora Hospitality, and Sarovar Hotels & Resorts. Gokul holds a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Rabindranath Tagore University, along with additional qualifications in Human Resource Management from Ajax Management Consultants and a Bachelor's degree from the University of Madras.
