Founded in 2007, by Clovis Young, we've grown to over 70 Restaurants across Australia. Led today by both CEO Therese Frangie and Managing Director Clovis Young the pathway forward has never looked so clear. 

Combining the authentic flavours and spices of Mexico with fresh and healthy ingredients allows us to be the leading Premium QSR Restaurant Brand. 

Our Mad Mex menu is fully customisable, allowing our amigos (customers) to build their meal to their individual tastes or specific nutritional needs – Gluten Free? Vegan? We got it, and we’ll make it to suit YOU!
