Erin Murray is a highly experienced executive in the marketing and retail industries. Erin began their professional career in 2011 as a Self-Employed Buyer and Merchandiser of luxury clothing, jewelry, and accessories. In 2013, they joined Gap Inc. as a Manager of Inventory Management for Gap North America. In 2015, they were promoted to Buyer BRFS Online, where they developed and executed buying, merchandising, and integrated marketing strategies.

That same year, they joined TATCHA as the Director of Channel Marketing and Sales, where they reported directly to the VP of Sales and Education. During their two-year tenure, they grew the business by 4X. In 2018, Murray took on the role of Vice President of Marketing and Partnerships at Aquis Hair, where they were responsible for producing and accomplishing all aspects of the brand and communications strategies to raise brand identity and awareness.

In 2020, Murray moved to Peace Out Skincare as the Vice President of Brand and Consumer Marketing, where they managed and executed the global brand strategies and standards. During their time there, the business was awarded a top 10 brand and the top-selling acne brand within major retailer Sephora, North America. Erin was then promoted to Senior Director of Marketing and Strategy.

In 2021, Murray joined Mad Rabbit as the Senior Vice President of Marketing. During their time there, they accelerated business growth substantially, with sales exceeding 4X year-over-year. Erin is also a Member at Chief.
