Dina Baher Tewfik

Dina Baher Tewfik has worked in various roles in the field of human resources and administration. Dina is currently the Group Chief Human Resources & Administration Officer at Madaar Real Estate, where they oversee the management of resorts, cruises, and construction projects in Egypt and Tanzania. Prior to this, they served as the Group Human Resources Director at MARAKEZ, where they were responsible for HR activities related to real estate projects, malls, facility management, food and entertainment, and construction. Dina has held several managerial positions within the company, including Senior Human Resources Manager and Human Resources Manager.

Dina Baher Tewfik's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Strategic Management from The German University in Cairo. Dina also obtained a Strategic Business Certificate from The American University in Cairo. Dina attended a workshop with Prof. Boris Groysberg at Harvard Business School. Dina further pursued an HR Analytics Certificate at Portland State University. Dina completed an MBA program at the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport. Dina also received training in Leadership - How to create and lead strong teams from Dale Carnegie Training. Dina completed The Fast Track Way program by Christo Popov at The Fast Track.
