Marta Kāle

Marta Kāle currently serves as the Human Resources Director at MADARA Cosmetics, AS since March 2022. Prior to this role, Marta held several key positions, including Strategic Director and Managing Director at ERDA from January 2015 to May 2021, where leadership included the development of HR strategies and team empowerment. As an Employer Branding Consultant, Marta assisted over 50 companies in the Baltics with workforce attraction and branding strategies. Previous experience includes roles as Communications and Project Manager for the Go Beyond program, Tourism Marketing Specialist for the Latvian Tourism Development Agency, and Public Relations Project Manager at MRS grupa. Marta holds a Master's degree in Social Anthropology from Rīga Stradiņš University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration from Rīgas Ekonomikas augstskola - Stockholm School of Economics in Riga.
