Jean-Nicolas Vernin

Jean-Nicolas Vernin has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as an M&A analyst at Rothschild & Cie in 2003. Jean-Nicolas later joined Ubisoft as an Assistant Brand Manager in 2004, followed by working as an Executive Producer at Gameloft from 2005-2008. Vernin then joined Mayoly-Spindler, where they served as CEO from 2008-2015 and later as Chairman until 2018. In 2015, they co-founded Madbox and served as CEO until 2022, after which they became the Co-founder and President. Vernin is currently the CEO and Co-founder of OpusMajor since 2023.
