Pierre-Henri L.

Pierre-Henri L. has a diverse work experience starting with their current role as a Full Stack Engineer at Madbox since April 2020. Prior to this, they worked as a Professor Assistant at Ironhack for a 9-week intensive training program from January to March 2020. Before entering the tech industry, they worked for citizenM hotels starting as an Ambassador in April 2014 until June 2017. In July 2017, they were promoted to Deputy Director, where they were responsible for training and developing talent, ensuring customer satisfaction, and analyzing F&B results until April 2019. As an Ambassador, their job involved welcoming customers in the new hotel concept, managing customer requests and complaints, and training and evaluating new team members.

Pierre-Henri L. completed a web development course in 2019 at Ironhack and obtained a level 6 certification in web development from the same institution in December of that year. In 2017, they also completed a managerial training course but did not receive a degree or field of study from that program.
