Francis Novak has a wealth of experience in the software industry, spanning over two decades. Francis started their career at Intuit in 1995, where they worked as a Sr. Technical Support/QA. Francis then moved on to Gateway in 1997, where they served as Lead Trainer and led a team in restructuring the company's training program.
