Ian H.

Ian H. has a diverse work experience starting in 2014. Ian began as an Assistant Manager at Two Saints Baking Co & Cafe in January 2014 and worked until March 2014. Following that, they worked as a Cafe Manager at Bee Cave Coffee from March 2014 to June 2016. From July 2016 to October 2020, Ian worked as a Wholesale Trainer at Greater Goods Coffee Co. Most recently, they have been employed at MadCap Software, Inc. since October 2020, starting as a Technical Support Analyst I and later transitioning to a Technical Support Analyst II in May 2022.

Ian H. attended Texas State University from 2012 to 2013, where they studied Microbiology, General. Ian did not obtain a degree during this time. In September 2017, they obtained a certification as an Authorized Specialty Coffee Association Trainer from the Specialty Coffee Association.
