Trixie-anne Santos has a diverse work experience in technical support, computer specialist, and quality assurance specialist roles. At MadCap Software, Inc., they worked as a Technical Support Analyst, implementing and analyzing SaaS solutions for various companies, utilizing their product knowledge, HTML, CSS, and customer service skills. In their role as a Computer Specialist at Geek Squad, they built client relations, diagnosed and repaired computers and electronic devices, and resolved customer service issues. At DENSO, they served as a Quality Assurance Specialist, preparing product specifications and conducting Quality System Tests.
