Luisa C. Uriarte

Luisa brings a global perspective to innovation. She has lived in six different countries across three continents and speaks English, Spanish and Mandarin fluently. She believes that the best outcomes are the result of diverse personalities, experiences, viewpoints and beliefs.

Often referred to as “The Diplomat” by her colleagues, Luisa manages relationships with Maddock Douglas’ clients and partners worldwide, gathering feedback to continually improve how we deliver work. She has over 20 years of experience in research and strategic consulting engagements of international scope, covering more than 30 countries worldwide.

Luisa holds a Bachelor of Science in international affairs from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service. She is also a co-author of the book Brand New: Solving the Innovation Paradox.
