Joseph Sturtevant's work experience begins in 2006 as a Software Developer at Precision Estimating, Inc. Joseph then moved on to HD Components, LLC. in 2010 where they worked as VP Systems, responsible for Software Development and IT. Joseph led the development of sales applications and coordinated the sale of the company to a major retailer. In 2013, Sturtevant joined The Home Depot, initially as Senior Manager - Information Services, leading a team through an acquisition and developing them into a successful business unit. Joseph then served as Director of Product Development and later as Director of Technology for a business unit called QuoteCenter. In both roles, they were responsible for software engineering, architecture, and business intelligence. In 2020, Sturtevant became the Chief Information Officer at Maddox Industrial Transformer.

Joseph Sturtevant has a strong educational background in the field of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering. Joseph earned an Associate of Science degree in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from Clark College, where they studied from 2004 to 2006.
