With previous experience as a Global product & innovation manager at Arch & Hook, Floor led teams in delivering strategic input, standard offering expansion, and process innovation. As an Industrial designer with experience in material research and jewelry design, Floor has a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial design from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
