Ari Cheszes is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in eCommerce and customer experience. Currently serving as VP of Merchandising and eCommerce at MADE Hoops since August 2025, Ari has also been a member of StartOps since June 2021. Previously, Ari held the position of Senior Director of eCommerce and Customer Experience at Overtime from January 2020 to July 2025, where responsibilities included P&L management leading to substantial revenue growth and improvements in operating margins. Other notable roles include Senior Manager of E-Commerce at Oakley and Director of E-Commerce and Customer Experience at HICKIES, where Ari consistently exceeded revenue and profitability targets. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Strategic Management from Rotterdam School of Management and a Business Economics degree from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella.

MADE Hoops is the premier middle school basketball events company in the United States. We aim to achieve our goal of Maximizing Athlete Development and Exposure at all times. We host over 30 boys and girls basketball events a year all across the nation and had 19,000 athletes participated in MADE Hoops events in 2019. NBA players like Trae Young, RJ Barrett, Malik Monk, Michael Porter Jr., and Darius Garland all got their start with MADE Hoops. More MADE Hoops alumni like RJ Hampton, James Wiseman, Emoni Bates, and Lebron James Jr. have had exciting young careers and may end up in the NBA soon.
