Debbie Lovegrove has a extensive work experience in finance and leadership roles. Debbie is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Made Tech, where they joined in 2021 to help the company become publicly traded. Their responsibilities include leading the finance organization and providing financial and commercial support to the leadership team.

Prior to this, Debbie worked as the Group Chief Financial Officer at YMU Group from 2019 to 2021. Debbie was responsible for overseeing all aspects of finance control and providing commercial support.

Before that, they served as the Group CFO at a prominent sports and media company from 2011 to 2013. Debbie was responsible for finance, HR, health & safety, and company secretarial functions.

Debbie's earlier experience includes working as the European Finance Director at Phillips de Pury & Company from 2009 to 2011 and as the Finance Director at GMTV from 2001 to 2009. Debbie also served as the Financial Controller at Carlton Television from 1999 to 2001.

Throughout their career, Debbie has demonstrated their ability to drive operational and finance change, improve financial reporting, and provide strategic decision support and analysis.

Debbie Lovegrove pursued their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Architecture from University College London, spanning the period from 1991 to 1994. In addition, they obtained a certification in Strategic Thinking from LinkedIn in September 2020.
