Wayne Searle has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as Chief People & Enabling Services Officer at Made Tech. Previously, Wayne held significant roles such as Chief People Officer and VP of Human Resources for EMEA and Global M&A at Vertiv, as well as Group HR Director at Tipico. Wayne's expertise also includes an interim position as SVP of People & Communications at Adevinta and serving as Global Human Resources Director (SVP) at Criteo. Wayne holds a BSc(Hons) in Actuarial Science from the University of Kent and A Levels in Maths from Kingston Grammar School.
