Zack Kollias is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and finance across the restaurant and travel industries. Currently serving as President & COO of Made To Order Holdings since April 2025, Zack leads the exclusive operation of Whataburger Franchise Restaurants in Georgia, overseeing 10 locations with plans for expansion. Before this role, Zack was President of US Travel Plaza Operations at Applegreen, managing 121 travel plaza locations. Previous positions include Chief Operations Officer at BNI Global, Senior Vice President of US Franchise Operations at The Wendy's Company, and Executive Vice President of International Operations at Church's Chicken. Zack's education includes an MBA from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BA from Cornell University.
