Andrea Kind

Andrea Kind is an experienced professional in growth strategy, coaching, and business development. Currently serving as Head of Growth at Craft since April 2023, Andrea leverages a strong background in design and product strategy to drive brand and user experience development. As a member of the Investment Advisory Committee for Ben Franklin Technology Partners since April 2018, Andrea plays a key role in assessing investment opportunities for tech start-ups. With a long-standing consultancy, A Kind Consultancy, which includes certifications in health and wellness coaching, Andrea also provides strategic business development and coaching services. Additional experience includes roles at Business Development University as a Sales Coach and Consultant, and at IDP as Senior Director of Digital Strategy. Andrea holds a BBA in International Business and French from The George Washington University.
