Ana Gabardo

Ana Gabardo is an experienced professional in commercial management and marketplace operations, currently serving as Vice-President of Commercial at MadeiraMadeira since February 2018. In this role, Ana manages risks, prioritizes tasks, and implements high-growth startup models, while leading the development of the company's proprietary marketplace from inception. Previously, Ana held various leadership positions at BRMALLS from November 2011 to March 2017, including Director of 3P Marketplace & Guide Shop and Head of Marketplace, focusing on contract negotiations and property leasing. Earlier experience at IESDE involved managing regional educational operations for over 15,000 students. Ana holds an MBA in Finance, Control, and Auditing from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas, and an MBA in Business Management from Universidade Cidade de São Paulo, along with an engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Universidade Federal do Paraná.
