Felipe Toazza Caldeira

Felipe Toazza Caldeira is currently the VP of Technology at MadeiraMadeira. Prior to this, they worked as a Project Manager at TOTVS Curitiba from September 2008 to August 2015. In this role, they were responsible for managing the software factory, which was focused on developing software specifically for the Datasul, RM and Protheus ERPs. Felipe also oversaw the development of project documentation, such as project plans, schedules, specifications, and more. Additionally, they were responsible for planning the participation of internal staff and outsourcing partners, monitoring the progress of the project, and managing costs and risks.

During their time at TOTVS Curitiba, Felipe also oversaw the development and management of teams, as well as the training of new professionals. Felipe motivated and provided feedback to their team regularly, and also played a role in creating the company's internship program. Felipe also sought out new technologies that could be used to develop projects, and created new strategies and tools to improve efficiency and competitiveness. When problems or deviations from the project arose, they worked with the client to manage conflicts and resolve them quickly.

Felipe has a wealth of experience in managing complex projects from start to finish. Felipe is an expert in project management software and tools, and is always looking for ways to improve efficiency and optimize results. Felipe's attention to detail and commitment to quality have made him a valuable asset to any organization.

Felipe Toazza Caldeira received their Bacharel em Ciência da Computação from Universidade Federal do Paraná. Felipe then went on to earn their Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus in Desenvolvimento Humano de Gestores from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Most recently, they earned their MBA in Gestão de Projetos de TI from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Paraná.
