Guillaume Pénel

Guillaume Pénel has extensive experience in the food industry, holding key positions in sales and market management. Currently serving as Directeur commercial RHF and formerly as Chef de Marché RHF at Mademoiselle Desserts since January 2016, Guillaume has also worked with Européenne des Desserts from July 2010 to December 2016 as Responsable Comptes Clés. Prior to that, Guillaume held roles at Martine Spécialités / Sofrapain as Responsable Comptes Clés Junior and at Martine Spécialités as Responsable Commercial Régional. Guillaume’s educational background includes a degree from ESC PAU (2003-2006) and preparation for business schools at Classe Préparatoire aux Grandes Ecoles de Commerce (2001-2003).
