Marien Gaynard

DGA Operations (coo) at Mademoiselle Desserts

Marien Gaynard has a diverse work experience in the food industry. From 2007 to 2010, they worked as a Responsable d'Atelier at Groupe Aoste. Marien then joined LES DELICES DES 7 VALLEES where they held various roles such as Responsable de production, Directeur d'Usine, Directeur des Operations Commerciales et Industrielles, and finally, Directeur Général from 2010 to 2019. Since 2019, they have been serving as the DGA Operations (COO) at Mademoiselle Desserts.

Marien Gaynard completed the Advanced Management Programme at CEPI Management from 2015 to 2017, with a focus on CPA/Strategie et Gouvernance. Prior to this, from 2003 to 2007, Marien earned a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Agroalimentaire from the École nationale d'Ingénieurs des Techniques des Industries agricoles et alimentaires.
