Tommy Osborne

Tommy Osborne has extensive work experience in the technology and security field. From 1986 to 1988, they served as Colonel and US Representative to NATO MILCOM in the US Army. Tommy then worked as a Senior Program Manager at Government System Incorporated from 1995 to 1996, and at CACI International Inc from 1996 to 2000. In 2000, they started working at Maden Technlogies as the Director of Enterprise Management, overseeing various network and support services for the Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC). Tommy later held positions as Director of Technology Integration and Corporate NW Services and CTO/Director Strategic Security and IT Services at Maden Technologies. In their most recent role at Maden Technologies, they served as CTO/VP IT Solutions, where they led the firm's service delivery contracts and managed various IT services, including database migration and virtualization.

Tommy Osborne attended Harvard University from 1990 to 1991, where they studied International Affairs. Before that, from 1970 to 1972, they pursued a Master's degree in Chemistry at Priarie View A&M University. Tommy completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Chemistry at Prairie View A&M University from 1959 to 1964.

In terms of additional certifications, Tommy Osborne obtained a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in June 2023.
