Motaz El-Shazly

Motaz El-Shazly began their career in 2006 as an Editorial Director Intern at Algomhuria Newspaper. In 2007, they moved to gn4me as a Rich Content Editor, where they were responsible for reviewing content specification to ensure compliance with regional mobile operators' requirements, content license acquisition, and mobile games testing. In 2012, they joined MADEO as a Projects Manager, where they were responsible for setting project technical plan and milestones, development process evaluation & improvement, and facilitating collaboration between the development team and other teams. In 2021, they were promoted to Director of Engineering at MADEO, where they are responsible for hiring for the development team, setting project technical plan and milestones, and development process evaluation & improvement.

Motaz El-Shazly has a Diploma in Executive Management from The American University in Cairo, which they obtained between 2007 and 2010. Motaz is currently pursuing a Nano Degree in Digital Marketing from Udacity.
