Blair Dent has over 15 years of experience in health, safety, and administrative roles, currently serving as the HSE & Injury Management Coordinator and previously as HSE Administrator at Mader Group since September 2018. Prior to this, Blair Dent held various positions at BGC Contracting from November 2004 to June 2018, including Health, Safety, Environment and Training Administrator, where responsibilities included data entry of incident reports, maintaining training records, and coordinating health and safety training. Additional roles have included Finance Officer positions at Morton Fraser, NHS, and Menzies Distribution. Blair Dent holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Science from Curtin University and a Certificate IV in OHS from South Metropolitan TAFE. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, as well as various software programs, Blair Dent demonstrates a strong background in safety and financial management within diverse organizational settings.
