Operations Team

The Operations Team at Mader North America oversees the delivery of high-quality maintenance solutions to the mining industry, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime for client operations. Led by the Vice Presidents of Canada and USA Operations, the team coordinates the efforts of heavy equipment mechanics, technicians, and area supervisors to manage breakdowns, conduct shutdowns, and perform midlife services. They are instrumental in maintaining Mader's reputation for professionalism and quality work by efficiently deploying skilled tradespeople and supervising maintenance projects across North America.
