Emeline Pedoni

Emeline Pedoni serves as the R&D Global Director at MÄDER GROUP since April 2018, leading innovation in research and development. With extensive experience at SOFICOR MADER since 2004, Emeline has managed R&D activities in the General Industry and Aerospace & Defense sectors, overseeing a team of 19 engineers and chemists. Responsibilities have included new product development, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, and leading cost-saving initiatives. Previous roles include Lab Manager at Lyondell Basell, where Emeline focused on product development and regulatory compliance, and Anti Corrosion Team leader at Peintures Marius Dufour, where the anticorrosion department was established. Emeline holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Formulation Engineering from ITECH Lyon.
