Julien Molina

Julien Molina is an experienced professional in the field of polymer chemistry and business management. Currently serving as Managing Director and Business & Innovation Developer at MÄDER GROUP since January 2020, Julien previously worked as a PhD candidate in Polymer Chemistry at MÄDER GROUP and MSAP-CNRS from October 2016 to October 2019. Early research experience includes an academic internship at CNRS focused on designing anti-fingerprint additives and earlier roles as an R&D Engineer at MÄDER GROUP and R&D Technician at BASF. Julien holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, a Diplôme d'ingénieur from École Nationale Supérieure de Chimie de Lille, and a Master in Polymer Systems Engineering from the University of Lille 1. Education was further complemented by a degree in Business Management from EDHEC Business School.
