Lucie Chagnon Bourreau

Lucie Chagnon Bourreau is an experienced project coordinator in the railway sector, currently serving at MÄDER GROUP since February 2013. Initially creating the role of Coordinatrice de projets ferroviaires, Lucie developed and implemented project monitoring tools for the railway Business Unit and facilitated team collaboration in laboratories, sales, and production. As Responsable pôle de compétence, Lucie managed support production and color development teams while serving as the client contact for design-related issues. Prior experience includes working as an R&D engineer at Université de Haute-Alsace, focusing on the physical and physicochemical properties of self-healing bi-component polyurethane coatings during a CIFRE thesis. Lucie holds a PhD in materials science from Université de Haute-Alsace and a Master of Engineering in chemistry from Ecole supérieure de Chimie organique et minérale.
