Stephanie Hernandez

Stephanie Hernandez is a highly accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and advanced practice. Currently serving as an Adult-Gerontology Nurse Practitioner (AGNP) at Golden Valley Health Centers since February 2019, Stephanie received the Provider of the Year award in 2022. Concurrently, Stephanie has held the position of Critical Care RN at Madera Community Hospital since June 2003, focusing on both Medical-Surgical and Intensive Care Unit responsibilities. Additionally, Stephanie has contributed to nursing education as a Didactic Instructor at Madera Community Hospital and served as an RN Supervisor at Clinica Sierra Vista, where efforts were directed towards improving nursing education for sustained success. Stephanie holds a Master’s degree in Nursing Practice with a focus on Acute Care from Walden University and an Associate's degree in Registered Nursing from Fresno City College.
